This policy covers the oberwalder.net website. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its page.

Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, as a data processor. Each request logs technical data: full IP address, time, requested file, status code, amount of data transferred, and the referrer and browser identifier your browser sends. This keeps the website secure and stable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 30 days. The host also uses the logs to generate password-protected access statistics for me.
Contact form and email
If you use the form or email me, I process your name, email address, chosen topic and message to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The form doesn't save these details on the website; it sends them to me by email. I delete the emails once your request is closed, unless the law requires me to keep them. The form and language picker use JavaScript; without it, the email address remains available.
Cookies and browser storage
The website sets no cookies and doesn't embed any third-party analytics or advertising services. Your language choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and isn't transmitted. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
External links
Links to the App Store or other websites lead to services run by others. Their operators only receive data from you once you click through, and their privacy policies then apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. To use these rights, write to info@oberwalder.net. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
Changes
I update this policy when the website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
